WPI Academic Projects
I have taken a number of high level undergraduate and graduate courses where I completed various engineering projects. In every one of these projects I worked in groups of my classmates, learning not only technical skills but how to be an effective team member. I've included the final reports for each of these projects, which highlight my technical writing ability.

Metal Additive Manufacturing Final Project
In the graduate course Metal Additive Manufacturing, I worked with a team of other graduate students to highlight the ability of metal 3D prining to make complex geometries. We used ANSYS topography optimization to optimize the geometry of a beam supported at both ends, and ran a 3 point bending test to see how well our theoretical results matched reality.
Automotive Materials and Process Design
In my capstone Automotive Materials and Process Design course, I worked with a team of other students to do an analysis of the performance and robustness of a limited slip differential. We made several suggestions for how it could be improved, including a new drawing of our modifications. Some of the changes we made included reduced wear and pressure by changing bevel gear parameters and lubrication grooves in the friction disc assembly.
